PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a floor heating apparatus, surely performing initialization before a user operates the apparatus. SOLUTION: This floor heating apparatus 100 includes: floor heating panels 2A, 2B, 2C; an indoor unit 50 for circulating and supplying a heated/cooled circulation liquid to the floor heating panels 2A, 2B, 2C through the opening and closing valves 24A, 24B, 24C; and a remote controller 46 capable of transmitting a predetermined control signal to an outdoor unit 50. The operation of the outdoor unit 50 is controlled based on the initialization of the type of the floor heating panel, the type of the circulation liquid and the corresponding relationship between the floor heating panels 2A, 2B, 2C and the opening and closing valves 24A, 24B, 24C, 24D, which is operated by the remote controller 46.
