PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an inner wall material which has imparted thereto a function of decomposing odors and fouling adhering to a front surface without using an ultraviolet irradiation means. SOLUTION: The inner wall material has visible ray responsive photocatalytic powder applied at least to part of a front surface of a substrate. The visible ray responsive photocatalytic powder has a color of tungsten oxide photocatalytic powder in which a* is -5 or less, b* is -5 or more, and L* is 50 or more when expressed by the L*a*b* colorimetric system. Further, by setting a light source, odors and fouling can be decomposed even at night. The light source is preferably a light emitting diode. COPYRIGHT: (C)2009,JPO&INPIT
