A chute (1) for mechanical guiding of pieces or particles of material comprises two or more separate chute elements (2) which are coaxially mounted above each other and connected by flexible connecting devices (3) and designed to be telescopically mutually stackable. The separate chute elements (2) have two or more replaceable wall elements (10). Also a wall element (10) for a chute (1) as stated above is disclosed.
