<p>This aims to provide a marking torque wrench for performing a marking automatically without requiring any link mechanism or the like but by utilizing a displacement accompanying the action of a toggle mechanism. When a fastening force reaches a predetermined value, the toggle mechanism (10) acts, and a stamping mechanism (including a stamp pushing rod (7) and a marking stamp (5)) acts to perform the marking automatically. The marking torque wrench comprises a starting magnet (22) for moving in association with the displacement accompanying the action of the toggle mechanism (10), and a stamp pushing magnet (9) mounted on the stamping mechanism side for causing the magnetic forces of itself and the starting magnet (22) to act when the starting magnet (22) moves. The stamping mechanism is constituted such that the stamp-pushing magnet (9) moves with the magnetic forces acting between the starting magnet (22) and the stamp-pushing magnet (9) when the starting magnet (22) moves, thereby to perform the stamping action.</p>
