A tax payment processing method for notifying a history of a tax which is paid through a virtual account to the tax controlling agency, a system thereof and a recording medium therefor are provided to manage a tax payment state efficiently by paying the tax by using the virtual account. Financial transaction request information is inputted(1205). The financial trade request information is transmitted through the financial network to a server(1215). The effectiveness about the financial trade request information is confirmed(1220). The financial transaction for the tax payment of the tax payment object is processed(1235). The financial transaction process detail is generated. If the tax is paid through a virtual account number, the tax payment history informs the tax management institution.
