摘要 <p>A transparent and flexible thin film transistor having carbon nano tube and a method of fabricating thereof are provided to be applied to the flexible display. The transistor comprises the plastic substrate(1), the channel layer(3), source / drain electrodes(5, 7), the insulating layer(9) and gate electrode(11). The plastic substrate has a flexible property. The channel layer is arranged on the plastic substrate. The channel layer exposes the plastic substrate. The channel layer is comprised of the carbon nanotube network thin film. Source/drain electrodes are arranged on the channel layer. The central region of the channel layer is exposed by covering the edge region of the channel layer and source / drain electrodes. The source / drain electrodes is comprised of the transparent material. The insulating layer is located on the source/drain electrodes and covers the channel layer. The insulating layer is comprised of the organic insulating material. The gate electrode is arranged on the insulating layer. The gate electrode is overlapped with the center of the channel layer. The gate electrode is comprised of the conducting material.</p>
