A slide hinge device of a cellular phone is provided to relieve the impact by the first and second steps during a sliding operation, thereby minimizing the noise caused by the collision between slider. The second slider(120) comprises a guide piece(160) for fixing elastic bodies(140,150). The guide piece is guided by a guide hole(122), and comprises a damper for relieving the impact during the sliding operation. The damper is prepared in the guide hole to slide in the same direction as the guide piece, and comprises a slot hole in the sliding direction of the guide piece. The guide piece is slid within the slot hole.
