WHITE LIGHT EMITTING DEVICE

摘要

A white light emitting device is provided to emit uniform light over all by forming a first and a second quantum-well layer in an active layer and moving carriers uniformly. A first nitride semiconductor layer(130) is formed on a substrate(110), and an active layer is formed on the first nitride semiconductor layer. A second nitride semiconductor layer(150) is formed on an active layer, and the active layer comprises a first quantum-well layer, radiating a blue light, and a second quantum-well layer formed on the first quantum-well layer. The second quantum-well layer radiates a green light and a red light by phase separation.
