<p>The sensor (2) has a measuring electrode (6) electrically separated and distanced from a measuring electrode (5), where the measuring electrode (5) is designed for producing external electrical field against the measuring electrode (6). The measuring electrode are elastically supported against an electrical separated base electrode (8) i.e. sensor component. The measuring electrodes are arranged on a level, which is distanced from another level, in which the base electrode is arranged. An intermediate layer made of flexible and electrical isolating material (10) is provided.</p> |
