A manufacturing method of decorative properties for events and the decorative properties manufactured thereby are provided to make a solid object with a folded state and to minimize volume of the decorative properties. Decorative properties includes the followings: a lozenge base line deformed from a square shape; a guide slant side(16) connecting either side of thickness and either side of width, and arranging the width separated from a central axis; a square horn unit having variable thickness and width and comprised of four panels; and a multi-point horns spread to an arc shape by increasing the width. |
