A determining the location of ganglia in a heart is provided to sense a ganglionated plexi formed complex division electrogram automatically and map it. An electric signal data is obtained at each location of a heart, and signal data is automatically analyzed in order to distinguish the complex division electrogram within the signal data. The location has more than one ganglionated plexi(66), and electroanatomic map of the heart from signal data is derived from the signal data. The electronics anatomy map of heart comprises a spatial distribution of ganglionated plexi, and the electronics anatomy map is displayed.
