Provided is a wireless communication method employed in a base station having a plurality of antenna elements. The method includes a step of setting a cell to be formed by the base station by dividing the cell into an inner zone and outer zone; a step of judging whether a mobile station is located in the inner zone or the outer zone based on a prescribed reference; a step of notifying the mobile station located in the inner zone of control information, including information on channel allocation and communication system, through a notifying channel; and a step of notifying the mobile station located in the outer zone of control information through separate channels by beam forming by using the antenna elements.
