A driving condition guiding method operating with camera image information and a navigation device thereof are provided to enable a driver to manage unexpected situation which is generated in driving quickly. A driving condition guiding method operating with camera image information comprises: a step(S300) receiving the location information of a vehicle from a GPS(Global Positioning System) and calculating vehicle velocity value; a step(S320) receiving the image information of the ambient vehicle and the self-vehicle from a navigation camera; a step(S330) analyzing the driving pattern of the ambient vehicle and the self-vehicle based on the image information; and a step(S350) outputting an alerting message in case the driving pattern information is over fixed value.
