A finger insertion type toothbrush is provided, which enables to remove plaque effectively and to replace the toothbrush head by making the toothbrush head detachable. A finger insertion type toothbrush comprises: a plurality of protrusions(2) which are formed in the end part of finger inlet(1); an insertion hole which is formed in order to be corresponded to a plurality of protrusions; and a toothbrush head(5) in which a plurality of value brush hairs(4) are transplanted to one side. The protrusion of the finger inlet is inserted into the insertion hole of the toothbrush head and the toothbrush head is detached from the finger inlet.
