Multipurpose prefabricated sporting goods are provided, which enable to perform the sit-up in the narrow place and additionally enable to perform push-up and stretching etc. Multipurpose prefabricated sporting goods comprise: a support leg(3) installed at both ends of the frame(4); a first member(2a) fixing the mat(5) to the upper part of the frame; a hinge which is rotatably fixed to the frame backend of the first member; a supporting board(2) which is formed by fixing the second member(2b) to the upper part of the frame(8); a pin combining the support leg installed at second member; a leg support(10) which is installed in order to have the cushion force; a connection plate(15) erecting two support bars(11); a variable pillar(12); and a leg pressing bar(14).
