<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To do away with a dedicated deaerator for degassing recycled water. <P>SOLUTION: A cooling water circulation system is formed provided with a cooling water supply line 32 with a cooling water circulation pump 33 for supplying cooling water 12 to a solid polymer fuel cell 1a, and a cathode humidifier 24 for humidifying air 9 supplied to a cathode 3 by making it in contact with the cooling water 12a with temperature risen after battery cooling. A recycling water line 43 guiding in recycled water 16 from an exhaust gas condenser 15 and an outlet side of a water purifying device 17 are connected in turn at an upstream side of the cooling water circulation pump 33 of the cooling water supply line 32. An inlet side of the water purifying device 17 is connected at a downstream side of the cooling water circulation pump 33. The recycled water 16, after being used for cooling of the solid polymer fuel cell 1a in a state mixed with the cooling water 12, has carbon dioxide degassed by getting in contact with the air 9 with the cathode humidifier 24, whereby, the cooling water 12 with a dissolved concentration of the carbon dioxide suppressed is treated at the water purifying device 17. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2009,JPO&INPIT |
