<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a biodegradable polymer network which are useful in a variety of dental and orthopedic applications. <P>SOLUTION: A manufacturing method for the biodegradable polymer network includes: a process for (a) providing an anhydride prepolymer, wherein the anhydride prepolymer contains a mixed anhydride containing (i) a diacid or polyfunctional acid monomer or oligomer and (ii) a carboxylic acid molecule containing a crosslinkable group, further, the crosslinkable group is an unsaturated part and the prepolymer is linear and has a crosslinkable group at each terminal thereof; and a process for (b) crosslinking the anhydride prepolymer to form the crosslinked biodegradable polymer network. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2009,JPO&INPIT |
