A valve equipped with a timer is provided to control the opening and closing more precisely and to make the mechanical structure simple. A valve comprises a valve unit(10), a solenoid unit(20), and a timer(30). The valve unit is composed of a main body(11) in which a flow channel is formed, a valve seat(13) with a fluid through hole(13a), a throttle member(14) opening and closing the fluid through hole by the reciprocating motion, a rod member(12), and an elastic member(15) pressing the throttle member to the fluid through hole with the predetermined elastic force. The solenoid unit reciprocates the rod member. The timer automatically supplies or cuts off the power to the solenoid unit at set time intervals.
