摘要 Broiled roll-up meat containing squid and king oyster mushroom and a preparation method thereof are provided to show two different kinds of tastes and nourishment at a time and to improve functionality of meat by rolling meat with seafood or mushrooms. A method for preparing broiled roll-up meat comprises the following steps of: slicing meat(10) such as pork, beef, duck meat or chicken 1~3mm in thickness; cutting seafood or mushrooms in the same size as the meat; placing the sliced seafood or mushrooms on the sliced meat and rolling the meat and seafood or mushrooms together so that the seafood or mushrooms serves as a core; and broiling the rolling ingredients(30). Seasoned starch is spread on the surface of the rolled meat before a roasting step. Sliced squid can be a core by being inputted into the sliced meat. A king oyster mushroom can be a core by being inputted into the sliced meat.
