<p>A manufacturing method for a carbon fiber reinforced composite component is provided to reduce densification gradient without increase of manufacturing cost. A manufacturing method for a carbon fiber reinforced composite component comprises as follows. A carbon fiber coherent fiber pre-form comprises a hole formed in at least one side. The pre-form is densified by loading material consisting of matrix with a chemical vapor infiltration type process(12). The holes are formed owing to a plurality of non-rotary tools at the same time(14). The tools are mutually parallel and have a rough portion or a concave portion to fracture or change nearby fiber.</p> |
