A system and a method for selling clothes designed by a buyer or a seller on the Internet are provided to enable a buyer to buy the clothes in a website by enabling the buyer or a seller to design/simulate the desired clothes based on data stored in the website and enable the buyer to order the clothes designed by the buyer or the seller. A design server(140) simulates/stores clothes data generated by overlaying or mixing pattern data of clothes and property data of fabrics to body data, enables a buyer(110) or a seller(120) to edit the clothes data into a desired design, and enables the buyer to coordinate the designed clothes to a body shape selected by the buyer and order the clothes designed by the buyer or the seller. A management server(150) which consists of a seller database(151), a buyer database(152), a goods database(153), an order database(154) and a payment module(155) stores the clothes designed by the buyer or the seller, and processes payment when the buyer orders the desired clothes among the stored clothes. The design server includes a body design database, a clothes design database, a pattern design database, a face design database, and a pattern connecting module. The pattern connecting module overlays or edits a printing image on the clothes data stored in the clothes design database by considering color and position.
