A wall draining board is provided to increase insulation effect and to improve coherence of a plurality of wall draining boards. A wall draining board comprises a main body(3) forming a cup-shaped cap(2) and a plurality of insertion grooves(1), first and second slides(12,22) wherein first and second slide grooves are formed in both lateral sides thereof, first and second side plates(10,20) comprising first and second coupling grooves(13,23), third and fourth lateral plates comprising first and second slide coupling projections, a fixing unit wherein a fixing groove in which the first, second, third and fourth lateral plates are inserted into the main body is formed, an adiabatic reinforcement plate combined in the first, second, third and fourth coupling grooves formed in the first, second, third and fourth lateral plates of the main body, an auxiliary plate combined in the first, second, third and fourth coupling grooves formed in the first, second, third and fourth lateral plates of the main body, and a design panel which is combined in the main body or the assistant plate and partly divides the building inside or can the interior decoration.
