A bead ring locking mechanism of a tire vulcanizer is provided to simply replace a lower bead ring by raising a stopper, and thus easily releasing a convex part from a concave part. A bead ring locking mechanism of a tire vulcanizer comprises a stopper member(20), placed in one side among a bead ring and a lifter(5), installed to advance and retreat against the other side among the bead ring and the lifter; a pressure member compressing the stopper member from one side of the bead ring and the lifter toward the other side of them; a concave part(8A) formed on the other side among the bead ring and the lifter; and a convex part press-fitted into the concave part by pushing the stopper member against the bead ring and the lifter using the pressure member.
