发明名称 METHOD TO PRODUCE SINTERING POWDER BY GRINDING PROCESS WITH CARBON NANO TUBE
摘要 A method for manufacturing aluminum powder is provided to prevent the cohesion of aluminum powder in a sintering process and to secure excellent dispersibility between aluminum particles by grinding carbon nanotubes. A method for manufacturing aluminum powder comprises the following steps of: dispersing carbon nanotubes(CNT) in ethanol; adding the predetermined amount of the carbon nanotubes to raw material powder; and mixing the carbon nanotubes and raw material powder and pulverizing the mixture. The mixture consists of 2wt% of carbon nanotubes and 98wt% of raw material powder. The raw material powder represents aluminum. The aluminum powder is sintered at the temperature of 550°C. The method for manufacturing aluminum powder secures high quality of sintered aluminum powder.
