A case manufacturing method of two/four wheels change clutch driving shaft control device for a vehicle is provided to reduce processing time by assembling the manufactured outer shell and a boss portion. A case manufacturing method of two/four wheels change clutch driving shaft control device for a vehicle comprises the steps of: a first forging process step which forging processes a boss(120) in which a cylindrical outer shell(110) and a through-hole(121) are formed; and a second cutting process step which cuts the outer shell and through-hole formed in first forging process step and forms first and second fixing grooves(122,123) fixing a guide shell and a bearing.
