A light-emitting device and an electronic apparatus are provided to uniform gap of pixels arranged along a first direction by arranging each light-emitting element along the first direction at regular intervals to be parallel. A light-emitting device comprises element groups(G1,G2,G3,G4) of four or more rows including light-emitting elements(14). The light-emitting element is arranged in a first direction. The element groups of four or more rows are arranged in a second direction to be parallel. Each light-emitting element of the element group of four or more rows is arranged in the different location to the first direction respectively. The element group of four or more rows includes first, second and third element groups The third element group is adjacent to the second element group. The light-emitting element of the second element group is located at one side of the first direction The light-emitting element of the third element group is located at the other side of the first direction.
