A cut meat picking device of the meat cutter is provided, which enables to secure stability and convenience through the auto removal of the cut meat. A cut meat picking device of the meat cutter comprises: a fork device(20) which equally holds the cut meat evenly to prevent the cut meat from being moved; a transport unit(30) which is transferred along the ball screw axis(32); a cut out part(40) moving forward and backward in the state of being mounted on the mount of the transport unit; a rotator(42) rotating the cut meat transferred to the cut out part up and down; and a cutting blade(41) cutting the meat; and an exhausting part of the conveyer belt type.
