The element (10) has a guide element (12) in which a cap-like working element (14) is provided. A closing element (26) is provided with an ignition bridge element (32). The closing element and the working element define a charge area (40). The closing element, the working element and the guide element are interconnected and sealed up with each other. A thin side wall (24) of the working element is provided with a break point (44). An explosive agent (42) is provided in the charge area. The working element is formed by a pull-technically manufactured sheet metal part.
