A transfer tube assembly of a fuel pump module for a vehicle is provided to verify the joining of a transfer tube through resistance value detected from the resistance value measuring contact point whether the transfer tube is combined by joining together a wire harness and a transfer tube connector. A transfer tube assembly of a fuel pump module for a vehicle comprises a main fuel pump(10) letting a fuel pump system to feed a fuel; a sub sender(20) feeding residual fuel into the main fuel pump; a wire harness(30) indicating the fuel amount of the sub sender by connecting the main fuel pump with the sub sender; and a transfer tube(40) delivering the residual fuel of the sub sender into the main fuel pump. The wire harness and the transfer tube is joined together in order to perform each of functions simultaneously.
