An oil cooler having an oil cap is provided to distribute oil uniformly by including a bottom cap with an oil guide part guiding oil and to improve heat exchange efficiency by obtaining enough oil flow through enlarging the space of an inlet/outlet boss parts. An oil cooler(100) comprises a bottom cap(160). The bottom cap seals the bottom side of an inlet/outlet boss part(110) connected to an inlet pipe(120). The bottom cap has an outer surface, a slant surface and an oil guide part(161). The outer surface adheres closely inside the inlet/outlet boss part. The slant surface is inclined in the bottom cap at the designated angle in order to have a triangle section. The oil guide part is protruded in order to guide the oil to a tube(140).
