A variable track apparatus having a suspension function is provided to prevent the shaking of the center frame during excavation or lifting and perform a suspension function during driving while switching the suspension function mechanically. A variable track apparatus having a suspension function comprises a pair of side frames(2) which are arranged in parallel to face each other around a center frame(4), a slide shaft(7) which connects one side of the center frame and one sides of the side frames corresponding to it so that the center frame can be slid in the width direction, and a shaft member(14) whose one end is connected to the other ends of the side frames and the other end is connected to a suspension unit(10) installed on the other side of the center frame. The suspension unit includes a suspension frame(3) which is formed in a hollow shape and fixed to one among the center frame and the side frames, a tie bar(11) whose one end is inserted into the suspension frame and the other end is connected to an axial member via a link member(15) and in which at least one corner part is formed, and an elastic member(12) which is installed between the inner side of the suspension frame and the tie bar and enabling the elastic movement of the tie bar inside the suspension frame. |
