PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain an antenna module and an antenna device which reduce power loss in distribution/synthesis circuit which distributes and feeds power to the antenna module, and enable miniaturization and low cost of a radio communication device and a radar device. SOLUTION: The antenna module is provided with an even harmonic type modulator 7, which creates an RF signal from the frequencies of the even multiples of a local frequency and a base band signal, and performs direct modulation; a power distribution and composite unit 5 which performs distribution of the RF signal; a phase shifter 4 which shifts the phase of the RF signal; a high output amplifier 3 which amplifies the RF signal; and an element antenna 1, which transmits the RF signal and performs transmission beam scanning of a dimension by establishing the phase shift amount of the phase shifter 4.
