A method for controlling a chilling system comprising a compressor, evaporator and other components has a calibration programmed which switches from normal operation to a calibration mode and where measured parameters are compared with actual values. This enables the processor to generate correction signals which are applied to return the normal operation to the programmed parameters. Typical calibration parameters include vaporizer pressure, difference between max and min pressures and other parameters. |
