CARRIER MODULE FOR HANDLER

A carrier module for a handler is provided to prevent determination error by contacting the terminal of an electronic element to a contact pin accurately. A cavity(111) receiving an electronic component (E) is formed on a housing(120), and adjacent reference sides(112) are formed inside the cavity. A fastening unit(120) fixes the electronic component received into the cavity to the adjacent reference sides. A first elastic member(130) moves fastening units to a direction to fix the electronic component on reference sides. A rotating lever is turned around a rotation shaft installed at the housing to separate a fixture from the electronic component.
