A battery pack is provided to electrically connect a protection circuit module and a PTC element, and to minimize dead space generated in a connection process of the PTC element and protection circuit module. A battery pack comprises a battery cell where an electrode assembly of a positive electrode/separation film/negative electrode structure is accommodated with electrolyte inside the battery case; and a protection circuit module electrically connected to the battery cell. A PTC element(300) blocking current in a high temperature and is mounted on the protection circuit module. The upper side of the PTC element is electrically connected to the state being directly adhered to the protection circuit module without separate connection element and the lower side thereof is electrically connected to a predetermined circuit(212) by the connection element(310) adhered to the PTC element.
