A seaside power plant apparatus with wind and tidal power generation facilities is provided to produce the electricity because two kinds of power plant facilities are driven at the same time. A seaside power plant apparatus with wind and tidal power generation facilities comprises one or more offshore structures(10) which are installed at the sea apart from seashore; a wind power generation facility(20) which is installed at the upper part of the sea surface of the offshore structure; a tidal power generation facility(30) which is installed under the sea surface of the offshore structure; an electric power production and storage unit(12) which produces electricity generated by the wind force and tide and stores it; and plural mooring devices(16) which is installed at seafloor.
