An apparatus for preventing injuries due to a brake pedal is provided to prevent injuries to a driver due to head-on collision by moving the rotational direction of the brake pedal due to vehicle collision to the front side of a vehicle. An apparatus for preventing injuries due to a brake pedal comprises: an impact bar(100) installed at the upper terminal of a break booster located on an engine room; and a fixed bracket(200) which is arranged on the dash panel to face to each other in a plate form. The impact bar extends through the dash panel to the interior of a room. The fixed bracket is coupled on the upper terminal of the pedal arm through a connection pin(30). On the fixed bracket, a guide hole(210) is formed. |
