A METHOD FOR PREPARING CONDUCTIVE OR SEMICONDUCTIVE NANOTUBE BY USING SELF-ASSEMBLY METHOD AT ROOM-TEMPERATURE

A method for manufacturing conductive or semiconductive nanotubes using a self-assembly method is provided to manufacture various kinds of conductive or semiconductive nanotubes by changing sorts of metal particles to be coupled and to reduce a manufacturing time in no need of separate heat-treatment. A method for manufacturing nanotubes comprises the following steps of: transferring metal ions of an aqueous solution to an organic solvent by using a phase transfer catalyst; adding supramolecules capable of the self-assembly to the organic solvent at room temperature in order to manufacture a metal ion-coupled template; and adding a reducing agent to reduce the metal ions in the organic solvent. The supramolecule represents the formula 1 of CnH2n+1SH. In the formula 1, n is an integer of 6 to 18.
