A composition containing a Rubus coreanum extract for anti-inflammation is provided to suppress the activationof NF-Kb, cyclooxygenase-2, and chondroitinase and inhibit the inflammation. A pharmaceutical composition for anti-inflammation comprises a Rubus coreanus extract as an active ingredient. The Rubus coreanus extract is obtained through the hot water extraction or methanol extraction. A daily dose of the composition is 1-30 mg/kg. The composition is used in a form of tablet, pill, granule, capsule, suspension, emulsion, syrup, insoluble solvent, freeze-dried preparation or suppository. A fermented milk, beverage, or health functional food for anti-inflammation comprises the Rubus coreanus extract which is isolated with a hot water as an active ingredient.
