A 3D display device is provided to configure a lens array through a liquid crystal electric field lens, thereby accomplishing uniform dimension control as avoiding a difficult manufacturing process for uniform curved surface control. A display panel emits a 2D image signal. Electrodes comprise a plurality of lens regions in an upper part of the display panel, and are individually formed on first and second substrates opposing each other. A liquid crystal electric field lens(200) includes a liquid crystal layer between the first and second substrates. A voltage apply unit is applied with a power voltage from the outside, and generates a voltage applied to the electrodes of the liquid crystal electric field lens. A power voltage level controller controls a level of the power voltage applied to the voltage apply unit.
