A connecting device for a steering column and a steering gear box of an automobile is provided to improve productivity by fixing a lower shaft of a steering gear box to a double sleeve without a bolt coupling process. A connecting device for a steering column and a steering gear box of an automobile comprises: an upper shaft(210) of a steering column delivering the operating force of a steering wheel; and a lower shaft(310) of the steering gear box connected to a double sleeve in which a shaft insertion part(410b) is equipped on both ends. The leading end of the lower shaft, a coupling groove(311) is formed. An auxiliary shaft(500) comprises an insertion part(510) which is inserted into the coupling groove. The one side shaft insertion part of the double sleeve is installed at the outer circumference of a clamping part(420). The other side shaft insertion part of the double sleeve comprises a protrusion(411) formed due to the difference of inner diameter.
