A therapeutic composition for obesity-related disease containing insulinotropic peptide complex is provided to suppress the food intake and reduce weight and body fat. A composition for treating obesity-related disease comprises insulinotropic peptide complex of insulinotropic peptide and immunoglobulin Fc region through a non-peptide linker. The non-peptide linker is a biolysis macromolecule, lipid polymer, chitins or hyaluronic acid. The insulinotropic peptide is GLP-1, exendin-3 or exendin-4. The insulinotropic peptide complex is denoted by the chemical formula 1(R1-X-R2-L-F). The obesity-related disease is obesity, hyperlipidemia, insulin resistance syndrome, obesity related esophageal reflux, steatohepatitis, cardiovascular disease or metabolic syndrome.
