A pipe forming device is provided to produce pipes having high quality by molding patterns on the outer circumference of the pipes which is heated. A pipe forming device comprises: an uncoiler(10) in which a steel plate(70) is wound in a roll form; a molding unit(20) equipped with a plurality of molding rollers(21) to mold the steel plate in a pipe shape; a welding unit(30) welding the side which is not welded when molding the steel plate in the pipe shape and forming the steel plate in a complete pipe shape; and a cooling unit(40) spraying cooling water to cool the heat of the pipe(80) passing through the welding unit. Patterns are molded on the outer circumference of the pipe by installing a pattern forming roller(50) between the welding unit and the cooling unit.
