An output voltage stabilizing circuit of a power supply device is provided to prevent an erroneous switching operation of an MOS-FET(Metal Oxide Semiconductor-Field Effect Transistor) by removing a noise included in an input voltage. An output voltage stabilizing circuit(10) of a power supply device includes a switching unit(11), a driving unit(12), an outputting unit(13), and a power supplying unit(14). The switching unit conducts the input voltage to the output by the switching operation. The driving unit turns on and off the switching unit. The outputting unit determines the output value of an output side and feeds back the determined output value to the driving unit. The power supplying unit supplies the stable driving voltage to the driving unit. The power supply device is a buck converter. The power supply device receives the +16V and outputs the voltage of +12V and +16V. The switching unit is a pair of MOS-FETs.
