A joint kit compactable for a bus duct is provided to prevent failure and damage due to the expansion of an insulating member by suppressing the volume variation of the insulating member. A joint housing(310) is arranged at both ends of a joint kit(300), and a plurality of insulating plates(320) are arranged between the joint housing. A plurality of conductors are positioned at one side or both sides of the insulating plate. A through hole is formed in a plurality of conductors, and a plurality of insulating rings are positioned between conductors. The area of the insulating plate is larger than that of the conductor, and the insulting pate is exposed to the outside when the conductor is installed at the one side and at both sides of the insulating plate.
