An apparatus for switching and sensing the pressure and a digital pen including the same which a contact connection part electrically connects a terminal according to the pressure transmitted from a pen tip are provided to reduce a production cost of the digital pen by applying the digital pen. A pen tip(160) has both ends. The pen tip transmits pressure applied to one end of the pen tip to the other end. A circuit board(150) has at least two contact point terminals. According to the pressure delivered from the pen tip, while the size of the area contacting the two normal open is changed, the contact connection unit(120) electrically connects the normal open interval.
