A system of hindrance diagnose of a heater in ATM is provided to operate a heater smoothly by using a second temperature sensor temporarily when a first temperature is out of order. A first temperature sensor(20) measures an inner temperature of a body frame, and a controller(30) operates a heater by controlling an on/off switch(40) according to a measured temperature by the first temperature. A second temperature sensor(21) is installed inside the body frame, and the second temperature sensor operates a fan connected to a board temporarily when the first sensor is out of order.
