A display device is provided to protect internal elements of the display device from external moisture and oxygen, and to improve reliability. A display unit is located on a first substrate. A second substrate seals the display unit. A frit(220) is positioned around the display unit, and bonds the first substrate with the second substrate. A pad part comprises a plurality of wires connected with the display unit. The wires consist of wires positioned under the frit and wires positioned around the frit. Width of the wires positioned under the frit is larger than that of the wires positioned around the frit. The pad part comprises a driving unit. The driving unit is in COG(Chip On Glass) type. The wires connect the display unit with the driving unit.
