CARCASS CODE WITH BLOCK COPOLYMER AND TIRE USING THE SAME

A carcass code made of block copolymer and a radial tire using the same are provided to improve durability by improving modulus increment problem at room temperature and modulus decrement problem at high temperature. A carcass code made of block copolymer is manufactured of the block copolymer of the polycarbonate(PC) and polyethylene terephthalate(PET). The volume ratio of polycarbonate and polyethylene terephthalate is polyethylene terephthalate 90-99% and polycarbonate 1-10%. The code for the carcass is 1000 ~ 6000 denier. The glass transition temperature of polycarbonate is centigrade 145°C. The glass transition temperature of the polyethylene terephthalate is centigrade 130°C.
