A nonfreezing water pumping system for preventing LNG sloshing in a cargo container of an LNG ship to prevent resonance and hydroelasticity by injecting water or tide. A nonfreezing water pumping system for preventing LNG sloshing in a cargo container of an LNG ship comprises a container(103), a first valve(201), a sensor(130) and a water floating pumping unit. The container is connected from a LNG cargo space(100) and the LNG ship to outside. The first valve is opened and closed according to the pressure of the gas vaporized in the LNG cargo space. The sensor senses the highest point signal and the lowest point signal of the LNG surface. The water floating pumping unit injects the water inside the container according to the signal generated from the sensor.
